Cocreation development
When we are used to think in competitive terms of self interest, economic growth or survival it is difficult to perform in an environment of equality, trust and cooperation. When immersed into a cocreation project it is initially a challenge to get the most out of the project while serving the common cause. STIR helps all participants get most out of their investment.
We follow the layers of positieve positive disintegration, musical string theory, business spirituality, human complexity, U-Theory and presencing, within the context of values driven cohesie.
